OVAL is currently seeking a Head of Business Development.

There is currently a unique opportunity for this role to move into a key position within the company if specific targets are met. The position is either full-time or part-time and is ready to be filled immediately.

 

 

Applicants must demonstrate the following qualities:

 

•  Studied within architecture, international business or economics, but all fields of study will be considered

•  Knowledge of the Malaysia domestic real estate and architectural environment

•  Have an understanding of the architecture and design world

•  Influential in network of developers and doers
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Able to establish new connections and maintain existing connections
•  Excellent in working with Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude towards obstacles and tight deadlines, out-going, strong communicator and able to take priorities and handle multi-tasks when he/she is required to do so

 

 

Main job tasks and responsibilities:

•  Familiarized with firm materials, eventually representing the office at events and conferences;
•  Manage and develop relationships with existing, new and potential clients;
•  Perform market research to identify design trends and potential clients; 
•  Source, identify, and develop new business, commissions, and projects;
•  Developing and maintaining business development strategy;
